£25 non-refundable deposit per person. Full payment will be due 1 month prior to event.

Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable.

Menu pre-orders and special dietary requirements
Menu pre-order forms must be completed no later than one month prior to the Christmas party. If these pre-order forms have not been completed and returned by this point, a set menu may be selected for you.

Special dietary requirements must be highlighted on the menu pre-order form. Dietary options are indicated on the provided menus. Please contact the events office for more information on alternative menu options if your dietary requirement is not already catered to with the available dishes.

Table share policy
In an effort to provide the best service possible, we recommend tables of 6–10 guests. If you have fewer than 6 guests in your party, you may be allocated to share a table with another smaller party. If you would like to guarantee a private table, please contact us at least 1 month prior to event.

Bedrooms
If you would like to stay the night, bedrooms are available to be booked separately to tickets. Please get in touch with us to pre-book your bedrooms.
